This is the first of the new Yissum podcast series – great discoveries and innovations ‘out of the lab’
In this episode of #OutOfTheLab, we talk to Professor Masha Niv, of The Hebrew University of Jerusalem’s Biochemistry, Food Science and Nutrition Faculty about what led her to study taste and smell and what she’s working on at the moment. Our interviewer, Molly Livingstone also asks Masha about the recent changes in her area due to Covid and how Parosomia, an olfactory dysfunction, like a “halluciantion of smell”, is a disability and should be taken as such.
