During this past summer, Glocal’s 12th cohort started working in their internships around the globe. Pictured here is Michal Rozen working with the community in Zanzibar.
“I can’t believe almost half of the time has passed in the internship with GWF, a new organisation that promotes permaculture education to the people of Zanzibar, to help create food security and better employment opportunities among the booming hotel industry… these awesome people are turning deserted islands into paradises, creating new opportunities for both better employment, better practice by hotels and a healthier connection between people from within and without, and to mother nature”
– Michal Rozen, Zanzibar
