Prof. Sharoni Shafir is the Director of the B. Triwaks Bee Research Center and Head of the newly established Institute of Environmental Sciences. His scientific interests are in the areas of: bee biology, nutritional ecology, perception, learning, and decision making, and the use of bees for pollination.
