Dr. Stark’s research focuses on health promotion and nutrition education with projects involving sustainable nutritional practices in the developing world. Dr. Stark has 70 publications in peer-reviewed journals and books and serves as the academic liaison for the forum for the Advancement of Women for the City of Rehovot.
