Outbound students to the Hebrew University
- Continuing (unless there are exceptional circumstances) students at UK and Republic of Ireland educational institutions wishing to study an approved Hebrew University course of minimum one semester
- Summer short programmes will be considered
- Ulpan will be considered if related to a degree or other programme
Inbound students from the Hebrew University
- Continuing (unless there are exceptional circumstances) Hebrew University students wishing to study a minimum one year at a UK University or equivalent
- Intending to return to Israel after UK studies to continue study, research &. or teaching at the Hebrew University or demonstrably contributing to Israeli society
- Priority will be considered for students endorsed by the Hebrew University wishing to continue academic studies in UK
